to the blonde girl tailgaiting me off sycamore exit.
to me calling my brother to open the garage and taking out my multiple loads of laundry.
to my sister calling out that i want to do laundry, see tobi, eat, then work out.
it was amazing coming home and seeing us all downstairs.
i can't believe im twenty one.
im old.
my childhood was that long ago.
all the petty fights, the arguments i had with my family
god, im so thankful i can look back at all that and truly see the growth i have gone through.
irony is i come home in my moose onesie.
its funny so they let tobi in to greet me and he smells really sour out of nowhere
apparently he was sweating out of excitement.
so what my dad does is grab the febreeze and sprays him.
this is all while my sister is baking cookies, my brother is showing me his art pieces, and my mom is on the couch saying how glad she is shes working thanksgiving so we dont wake her up to spend more of her money on black friday.
im thankful that i appreciate all this.
that i have a family with such personality.
with so much love.
im thankful for my mom, dad, brother, sister, tobi and our household.
im thankful for the opportunities ive been given and have taken. for the recent success with actually performing in a project for maxt out, for going out to meet people in seniorsuite for pcn. for picking a little in aphio and as a result making a new friend but dont tell him that he might enjoy hearing how im thankful hes my little. for the roommates i have including the puppies. for surviving although barely, my last year as a bio major at uci as well as being active for four years in alpha phi omega. and finally im thankful for being able to be thankful for all this and more.
ive come to realize how blessed i am.
the friends in my life, the growth ive achieved, and the hope and excitment i have for the future. im thankful for it all.
thank you.
happy thanksgiving everyone and god bless .
